Complaints
This form is for users affected by trust failures occurring with personal data transfers. A trust failure may be a company failing to meet the terms of its own privacy policy, or handling data in a way other than it promised. The Portability Trust Registry will not reply to every complaint, however we do record them and investigate when our auditors find sufficient reason to investigate.
The complaint process does not result in any kind of redress, but may protect future users exercising their data portability rights.
