Complaints
This form is for users affected by trust failures occurring with personal data transfers.
A trust failure may be a company failing to meet the terms of its own privacy policy,
or handling data in a way other than it promised. Data Trust Registry staff will not reply
to every complaint, however complaints are recorded and can result in investigations.
The complaint process does not result in any kind of redress, but may protect future users
exercising their data portability rights.
